A little clarity
Your questions.
A practical starting point.
Planning something new, or looking after an existing system?
Where should I start with a borehole project?
Start with the location, intended water use and any information you already have about the site. We can discuss your requirements, access and the next steps for assessing the project.
Can you help with an existing water system?
Yes. We offer fault-finding and practical support for existing pumps, controls, pipework and related equipment. Tell us what has changed, when the issue started and any work already carried out.
Do you work on geothermal projects?
Yes. Our services include geothermal borehole and ground-loop work, along with associated pipework and installation coordination. We can discuss the below-ground scope with you and your heating design team.
Can you help with filtration and water testing?
Yes. We can discuss testing, treatment requirements and the integration of filtration equipment. The appropriate approach depends on the source, intended use and available water-quality information.
Do you provide advice before work begins?
Yes. Consultancy is available for planning, installation details and project coordination. An early conversation helps identify practical constraints before the work starts.
Can you support larger sites?
Yes. Large-site management is part of our service, including coordination of drilling and associated installation work with the wider project team.
What information should I send with an enquiry?
Please include the site location, the service you need, a short description of the project and your preferred timescale. Plans, photographs and existing system information can be discussed when we follow up.
How much will my project cost?
Costs depend on the scope, ground conditions, access and equipment requirements. Once we understand the brief, we can discuss what further information is needed to prepare a project-specific proposal.
